What do you like most?

Complete HSE HSE system that provides multiple functions. Great from a cost-benefit perspective. PlusOffice is responsive to input and suggestions for improvement, we see that functions are improved. Support helps when needed.

What do you like least?

a little complicated for the administrator to navigate the user accesses. Missing the electrical exposure register, but I've heard it's coming soon!

What business-critical problems do you feel PlusOffice solves?

Good system for internal audits, risk assessments and HSE, and also provides other opportunities such as a news site, staff archive, etc.

What do you like most?

PlusOffice support is incredibly fast with answers and solutions to problems. The system is updated and improvements are made continuously.

What do you like least?

Slightly old-fashioned layout, e.g. the employee handbook could have been designed in a more modern version.

What business-critical problems do you feel PlusOffice solves?

That we have a digital solution for storing employee master data and contracts, documents and CVs. The competency overview makes it easy to document which courses and competencies we have available, and to be notified of any expiry dates on certifications so that these can be updated.

What do you like most?

"What I like best is how user-friendly the system is, which was one of - if not the most important - criteria for us when choosing an HR and HSE system. No matter who you talk to, you get good help, and you really feel seen as a customer. Every case or question is taken very seriously, and the experience is that they do everything they can to fix and help as quickly as possible. In addition, I feel that you're taken seriously and listened to if you have change requests or suggestions for improvement.

What do you like least?

"Petty nitpicking" on our part, which means that not all categories get full marks. Ease of use for employees is 10/10. But I would like to see usability for administrators improved - in relation to various drop-down lists, access management via a hierarchy solution and not just user groups as is currently possible, etc. Again, this is nitpicking, and I know that I'm heard when I express my wishes, so it's not impossible that this will be implemented in the future.

What business-critical problems do you feel PlusOffice solves?

Document management - all in one place. The main focus for us was to use a system that would really be a tool for our employees, not just "another new system". The fact that we have everything from routines, instructions, deviations, safety rounds, risk assessments, employee surveys and conversations, as well as an employee archive in one place, is worth its weight in gold. When we have everything in one place, there's no doubt about where to go to find things, and you don't have to spend a lot of time searching. You don't have to rely on "someone storing something in a clever place", nor do you have to rely on "someone remembering". The system remembers for you, sends you notifications by email and gives you deadlines. PlusOffice has removed a business-critical headache by having everything in one place.
