I have been using the system in two different companies since 2019 and have experienced very few problems. If something has arisen, plussoffice is quick on the ball with a solution or guidance.

What do you like most?
The best thing about PlusOffice is that they are user-centred. In practice, this means that they work purposefully to develop the product that customers need in their everyday lives. You'll notice this through the fact that the functionalisers are actually fit for purpose and that they are constantly releasing new functions that are useful to you in your everyday life.
What do you like least?
There are always some downsides to having a standard system, for example, you get access to a staff handbook that is standardised and always updated. At first glance, this may seem like a square peg, but if you dig a little deeper, you'll find that you can easily add personalised pages while retaining the strength of the standard pages always being updated according to legislation.
What business-critical problems do you feel PlusOffice solves?
We use PlusOffice for HSE work, HR work and several areas of internal procedures, updating manuals with practical use cases and general guidance.

What do you like most?
Complete HSE HSE system that provides multiple functions. Great from a cost-benefit perspective. PlusOffice is responsive to input and suggestions for improvement, we see that functions are improved. Support helps when needed.
What do you like least?
a little complicated for the administrator to navigate the user accesses. Missing the electrical exposure register, but I've heard it's coming soon!
What business-critical problems do you feel PlusOffice solves?
Good system for internal audits, risk assessments and HSE, and also provides other opportunities such as a news site, staff archive, etc.
