It competes with Synergi Life (originally developed by Equinor, with a strong focus on oil and gas), QmPlus and EG Landax — not ERP systems such as SAP or Visma. Clear and simple portal and interconnected modules. During the BRCGS audit, we received feedback from DNV's auditor that the quality system was clear and easy to navigate. The auditor was particularly positive about the fact that it was possible to see all history and logs for everything that had been edited and which users had made the change in the document module. The auditor also commented that the system was good because it was easy to customise for each individual company. She also commented that it was easy to extract reports according to what she asked about during the audit.

The best thing about PlusOffice is that they are user-centred. In practice, this means that they work purposefully to develop the product that customers need in their everyday lives. You'll notice this through the fact that the functionalisers are actually fit for purpose and that they are constantly releasing new functions that are useful to you in your everyday life.

Nothing that stands out as less good
There are always some downsides to having a standard system, for example, you get access to a staff handbook that is standardised and always updated. At first glance, this may seem like a square peg, but if you dig a little deeper, you'll find that you can easily add personalised pages while retaining the strength of the standard pages always being updated according to legislation.
