What do you like most?
Simple and user-friendly. Having worked with suppliers where a great deal of planning and set-up is required, I really appreciate Huma’s way of working. I can easily click my way through and understand the different sections. But above all, the support is fantastic! You feel seen and heard, and get help quickly – they’re responsive and enthusiastic!
What do you like least?
There are still a few areas that need working on. Some aspects are good for the staff but need to be formalised for the employer’s sake. However, this is something Huma will take on board and provide feedback on; we’d be delighted to receive any feedback.
