What do you like most?
HiBob provides a modern and intuitive platform that makes People processes much more transparent and efficient. I really value the clean design, easy navigation, and how quickly leaders and employees can find the information they need. The ability to customize workflows, reports, and fields to fit our organization’s needs has also been a big plus.
What do you like least?
Some areas still feel a bit limited when it comes to customization and reporting. I’d love to see more flexible dashboards and automations, and deeper integration possibilities with tools like Jira to make HiBob even more embedded in our daily operations.
What business-critical problems do you feel Bob solves?
HiBob centralizes all our People & Culture processes across multiple countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and transparency. It’s become our single source of truth for employee data, performance, and engagement. By integrating with Outlook and Clockify, it’s also helped us connect time tracking, scheduling, and people management — saving time and improving alignment across teams.
