What do you like most?

In my view, VEDA offers a very wide range of HR solutions from a single source. I particularly appreciate the self-service functions for staff and managers, as they simplify many administrative tasks and take the pressure off us in HR. The integration of d.vinci and peopleIX within recruitment and analytics is another plus point for me, as it ensures processes are better interlinked. Features such as personnel cost planning also support structured and transparent workforce planning. The personnel file allows employees to access their documents at any time.

What do you like least?

I see particular potential in the interfaces and data exchange between the various solutions. Even more streamlined integrations would be desirable here. The time and attendance module is also slightly over-engineered for our needs (as we do not have shifts, etc.), although the functions we use operate stably and reliably.

What business-critical problems do you feel Veda HR Cloud solves?

VEDA improves transparency by enabling staff and managers to access relevant HR data, documents and processes at any time. Information such as absences, time accounts, payslips and approval statuses is available centrally and can be easily traced. This reduces the need for follow-up enquiries, makes processes more transparent, and ensures that both employees and HR benefit from a unified database. The news section can be used company-wide as a central communication tool.
