What do you like most?

It was so quick and easy to get started with Smartplan. It sounds like a cliché, but I was at my wits’ end with the shop rota. It felt as though all my ‘problems’ vanished when I no longer had to deal with the rota every week. I’ve created a rolling 4-week rota. Brilliant 🤗

What do you like least?

Nothing really. Everything’s working fine.

What business-critical problems do you feel Smartplan solves?

I’d rather be in the shop selling ice cream than sitting in the office drawing up a rota in Excel, which then needs to be amended, recalculated, deleted and photographed for my colleagues. The only feature I’m missing is integration with Hogia.

Simple and easy for all users.

Since the messaging feature was upgraded, we are happy.

What business-critical problems do you feel Smartplan solves?

Since we started using Smartplan, all our problems with internal communication have been solved, no one ever misses their shift and everyone is informed about what is happening in our organisation.

All employees can keep track of their own and others' working hours and holidays in the app. We don't have to ask each other or write it down on paper.
