What do you like most?

Overall, we find Mindkey to be a user-friendly and stable system that provides excellent support for our recruitment and HR processes. We particularly appreciate the comprehensive management of candidates, job advertisements and workflows, which helps to create a more structured process.

What do you like least?

There are always things you’d like but can’t have, but I generally find that there’s a great deal of flexibility and that the Mindkey staff are solution-oriented. As an organisation with many different employee groups and managers, it is important to us that the system continues to be developed with a focus on simplicity, efficiency and a good user experience. We’d like a ‘Key Account’ manager who knows our setup in detail and reaches out regularly when there are new features and fixes that we aren’t aware of ourselves.

What problems do you feel Mindkey solves?

We use Mindkey as our central HR system, and it has helped us reduce many manual processes. Anything that can automate the flow of data between recruitment, onboarding, employee data and reporting is of great value to both managers and the People & Culture team. Good integration with other systems is also essential, and in this respect Mindkey is a great partner. An easy-to-use solution that provides a clear overview.

What do you like most?

Mindkey provides us with a single, centralised platform for the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding. The system is intuitive for both HR and managers, and we have encouraged managers to take ownership of processes that were previously the sole responsibility of HR. Our partnership with Mindkey is also a major strength: we have a dedicated contact who understands our business, and we receive prompt and expert support.

What do you like least?

There are so many features in the system that it takes a little time to get the most out of it. We’ve gradually expanded our use of it since implementation, and each time we’ve found new ways to save time. It’s a good problem to have, but you do need to set aside time to explore the platform.

What problems do you feel Mindkey solves?

Mindkey gives us a complete overview of our HR processes and ensures that they are standardised across the organisation. Many tasks are automated, allowing HR and managers to focus their time on people rather than administration.
