What do you like most?
Good overview of employees, good features, possibility to use the system creatively. Henrik from support is super service-minded, sweet and pleasant to talk to. There is a quick response, whether you call by phone or via Mindkey zendesk. Mindkey is good at taking feedback to heart. They listen to your wishes/challenges/needs. Great with the guidance centre/help guides. Great with a system that can be integrated with other systems.
What do you like least?
Some features that don't quite make sense, such as letter writing and corrections, don't work optimally. There are a lot of taps. Slightly messy system setup.

Mindkey creates a good overview of employee data, the solutions are good for preboarding and checklists.
