What do you like most?
Godt overblik over medarbejdere, gode funktioner, mulighed for at bruge systemet kreativt. Henrik fra supporten er super serviceminded, sød og behagelig at snakke med. Der er hurtig respons, om man enten ringer telefonisk eller via Mindkey zendesk. Mindkey er gode til at tage feedback til sig. Der bliver lyttet til ens ønsker/udfordringer/behov. Super med vejledningscenter/hj ælpeguides. Fedt med et system der kan integreres til andre systemer.

Nogle funktioner, der ikke giver helt mening, såsom brevskrivning og rettelser fungere ikke optimalt. Der er mange tryk. Lidt rodet systemopsætning.
