What do you like most?
The clear overview, the fact that I can ask for feedback from my employees, that I can add all 1 on 1 notes into Hibob. It's just a very clear user friendly system that allows you to keep all safe things into one place.
What do you like least?
I must say that I have been using this platform at my previous job for 3 years, where I was working as an employee and I really liked it. Currently, I'm using it from the other side as a manager and it's just very user friendly, I love it.

What do you like most?
I think HiBob makes it easy to gather HR processes in one place. The platform is intuitive and it's quick to get an overview of employees, holidays and performance. I especially appreciate how flexible the system is. You can customise it to your business needs without it becoming complex. The user interface feels modern and easy to navigate, which saves time in everyday work.
What do you like least?
There are still some features that could be more user-friendly - for example, the reporting part, where it can take some time to find the right filters and data. Some integrations also require technical setup, which is not always intuitive. However, support is helpful, but response times could be faster at times.
What business-critical problems do you feel HiBob solves?
HiBob helps us manage HR data and employee information across teams and locations. It reduces errors and saves time because we no longer have to use multiple systems for onboarding, holiday planning and performance management. It has also improved internal communication and made HR processes more transparent for both management and staff.
