What do you like most?
The clear overview, the fact that I can ask for feedback from my employees, that I can add all 1 on 1 notes into Hibob. It's just a very clear user friendly system that allowes you to keep all safe things into one place.
What do you like least?
I must say that I have been using this platform at my previous job for 3 years, where I was working as an employee and I really liked it. Currently, I'm using it from the other side as a manager and it's just very user friendly, I love it.

What do you like most?
Jeg synes, HiBob gør det nemt at samle HR-processer ét sted. Platformen er intuitiv, og det er hurtigt at få overblik over medarbejdere, ferier og performance. Jeg sætter især pris på, hvor fleksibelt systemet er. Man kan tilpasse det til virksomhedens behov uden at det bliver komplekst. Brugerfladen føles moderne og nem at navigere i, hvilket sparer tid i hverdagen.
What do you like least?
Der er stadig nogle funktioner, som kunne være mere brugervenlige – fx rapporteringsdelen, hvor det kan tage lidt tid at finde de rigtige filtre og data. Nogle integrationer kræver også teknisk opsætning, som ikke altid er intuitiv. Supporten er dog hjælpsom, men svartiderne kunne til tider være hurtigere.

HiBob hjælper os med at få styr på HR-data og medarbejderinformation på tværs af teams og lokationer. Det reducerer fejl og sparer tid, fordi vi ikke længere skal bruge flere forskellige systemer til onboarding, ferieplanlægning og performance management. Det har også forbedret den interne kommunikation og gjort HR-processerne mere gennemsigtige for både ledelse og medarbejdere.
