What do you like most?
Det är ett otroligt välbyggt verktyg som är enkelt att förstå sig på. Det som imponerar mest är snabbheten och enkelheten i implementeringen; jag har aldrig varit med om ett system där man kommer igång så fort. Genom att bara importera en Excel-fil kunde jag börja arbeta direkt.

What do you like most?
What we appreciate most about Heartpace is how it simplifies and digitises our HR processes in a user-friendly way. It brings everything together in one place - from onboarding and performance reviews to salary mapping and goal setting. It also supports our managers in their day-to-day work and provides clarity and confidence in the processes for our employees.
What do you like least?
Would have liked integration with our payroll system and some development of the reports you can take out from pulse surveys. No system comes without challenges, but Heartpace has a clear strength in listening to its customers and has during our time as users developed continuously and continues to do so.
What business-critical problems do you feel Heartpace HR solves?
Heartpace helps us create order by digitising and consolidating our HR processes in one place. It reduces the administrative burden on HR and provides our leaders with tools that simplify both annual and daily processes. It also ensures that we have clear and value-adding processes that contribute to a more structured and efficient organisation.
