Great opportunities to expand our item register with PIM and be able to add images, certificates and new fields that we can easily enrich and send to our customers.

Gung always says yes to everything, which means we are constantly coming up with new things 😄

We can meet our customers' demands that they place on us. Customers also have full access via the customer portal so they don't have to email and phone us.

What do you like most?

As a Gung user, I particularly appreciate the platform's seamless integration with our ERP system. This deep link ensures that product data, stock status and order processing are always up to date and consistent, reducing the risk of errors and improving the efficiency of our B2B transactions.

What do you like least?

What I like least about Gung is that the platform has limited built-in CMS functionality. To create a public website with more comprehensive content management, we need to integrate Gung with an external CMS system or develop a separate publishing solution.

What business-critical problems do you feel Gung solves?

Gung has streamlined our order processing and improved customer satisfaction through a self-service portal. The seamless integration with our ERP system has reduced manual errors and supported our growth strategy. In addition, the PIM system has centralised all product data, which has been business critical to ensure consistency across the web platform, sales reps and customer service.
