Pros
What we like most about Viskan is the combination of a flexible platform and the opportunity to work more actively with our e-commerce. The new CMS has given us greater freedom to manage content and changes on our own, while the PIM and the campaign module give us good conditions to develop the offer to our customers.
We also appreciate how smooth the flow feels for the customer. Since the launch, we have seen that the improved experience and performance has contributed positively to our conversion rate.
Viskan has been a key partner in our subscription business. Their platform handles the complexity we need - across multiple brands and markets - without us having to spend a lot of resources on technical operations. We particularly appreciate the flexibility: the subscription flows can be customised to our needs, whether for payment frequency, pauses or reactivations. Viskan understands Scandinavian e-commerce, and it shows - both in the product and in the co-operation.
The proximity to developers who can help. Then our order flow via EDI and web has increased from 0 to over 40,000 orders. We could never have done that without Gung.
Great opportunities to expand our item register with PIM and be able to add images, certificates and new fields that we can easily enrich and send to our customers.

Cons
We have only been live for about a month, so it is still early to give a full picture of any limitations. A natural challenge with a more advanced platform is that it takes some time to fully familiarise yourself with all the possibilities and ways of working.
At the same time, we have found Viskan to be responsive and helpful when questions or development points have arisen, both during the project and after the launch.
Like all platforms, Viskan has areas for improvement. We would have liked to see a more automated solution for setting up subscriptions and campaigns. That said, we feel that Viskan listens to feedback and is continuously working to further develop the platform.
Gung always says yes to everything, which means we are constantly coming up with new things 😄
What I like least about Gung is that the platform has limited built-in CMS functionality. To create a public website with more comprehensive content management, we need to integrate Gung with an external CMS system or develop a separate publishing solution.
