What do you like most?
What I like best is that it's an accessible and easy-going organisation. Quick response to all enquiries, and if you have a good idea or a desire for improvement, the road to change is short. DJ is easy to use and has everything you would expect from a modern CRM. What's more, they have a fantastic solution for invoicing subscriptions, direct access to millions of contacts and excellent integrations with accounting and invoicing.

"The system has exactly the features I've been missing in other CRM tools for a long time, and it's actually made me look forward to working in the solution. The platform is logical, clear and tailored to support an efficient working day, without being heavy or complicated.

That it was a bit clumsy to export from the previous CRM system we used

I find the team behind the solution to be genuinely service-orientated. They're available whenever I need them, and they show a rare willingness to further develop and customise the tools where needed. The Subscription module is a particularly big plus - it makes handling recurring billing incredibly easy, while providing full insight into the contract's history and future value.
