What do you like most?

Firstly, I like the people who have helped us get started with Capitech. They’re skilled, dedicated people who put the customer first. 10/10 for that :) As for the product, I like almost everything about it. The reports are really useful, and you can extract exactly what you want.

What do you like least?

I wish it were possible to transfer staff from one client to another. This should be possible within the same organisation. I really miss the seamless integration of sick leave notifications. This used to happen automatically in the old HRM system. I miss the ‘account number’ and ‘next of kin’ fields under employee details, but we’ve managed to sort it out quite easily using ‘custom fields’.
