Pros

The simplicity, the organisation and the support!
Very easy to work with and clear
Easy recording of working hours and absences for our staff. A supplier that is committed to development, involves its customers and takes our needs and industry-specific challenges seriously.
The dashboard provides a very good overview for managers and those responsible for payroll.

Cons

There are some limitations relating to time reporting, but this is apparently being developed at the moment.
A couple of minor issues, such as the fact that you cannot create folders within the file structure, and that you should be able to edit absence types.
Planning and organisation – but that will probably always be a challenge in our industry.
The system is unable to calculate different percentages of full-time employment, such as 50 per cent, 70 per cent, etc., in relation to the hours balance. The same applies to graded leave arrangements.
