How easy it is for our employees to report their time on different projects
User-friendly, educational, fast navigation, breadth of functionality with everything from sales, invoicing, time reporting, project work. Good variety of reports.

- The side panel that allows my team to know how to manage the sales process that we have to follow according to ISO9001.
- Save me time when it comes to onboarding new employees because I don't have to stand next to them and show them how to do different steps in different systems.

The difficulties of being a group that has required custom-built solutions
The expense functions are not very well developed e.g. how to enter receipts. I miss more variables or KPI functions in some reports. The appearance of the reports could have been varied with different colours, etc. Error messages can be difficult to understand and can take time to resolve.
Nothing special so far.
If anything, the sidebar takes up space in the browser window, but it doesn't really bother me that much
