It provides a structure and good overview. Easy to follow processes if, for example, you need to step in for someone else in case of absence.

What do you like most?

- The side panel that allows my team to know how to manage the sales process that we have to follow according to ISO9001. - Save me time when it comes to onboarding new employees because I don't have to stand next to them and show them how to do different steps in different systems. - Easy to understand and no complicated configuration

What do you like least?

If anything, the sidebar takes up space in the browser window, but it doesn't really bother me that much

What business-critical problems do you feel Zimplicit solves?

- More efficient onboarding - Everyone in the team knows exactly what to do and how to do it to follow the guidelines of our quality system.

What do you like most?

- Very easy to get started, no need to configure. - I know that everyone can find their instructions. - Everything is connected, from process, to instruction, to deviation reporting and the ability to see who/whom is affected by a process change. - Simple and good built-in project tool that we use for internal projects - Zimplicit's process dashboard where we get a good overview of how our processes "feel" - That we do not need to have the process in one place, policies in another and deviations in a third.

What do you like least?

That in some cases I need to have 2 tabs running to work effectively in Zimplicit.

The organisation is easy to find and therefore follow the instructions we have set up. We get a much better overview and traceability than before. Zimplicit facilitates our work on continuous improvement.
