Pros

The optimised processes and increased controls have allowed us to work in a more structured and efficient way. We have better governance and visibility, allowing us to identify and address bottlenecks faster. In addition, the system has contributed to a better working environment and increased productivity.
That it is easy to use, even for those who are not in the system so often. The authorisation structure in the system also does a great job of making it relevant to each individual employee when they log in.
User-friendly and easy to learn!
- The side panel that allows my team to know how to manage the sales process that we have to follow according to ISO9001. - Save me time when it comes to onboarding new employees because I don't have to stand next to them and show them how to do different steps in different systems. - Easy to understand and no complicated configuration

It has, of course, sometimes taken some time to get used to new features, but Addsystems has been quick to offer support and assistance.
Can't think of anything concrete.
Nothing special so far.
If anything, the sidebar takes up space in the browser window, but it doesn't really bother me that much
