Pros
We use VRS to record the hours worked by all our developers and designers, and to keep track of invoicing, holidays, time off in lieu and sick leave. The invoicing reports, in particular, are important to us, and the system handles them efficiently. We’re happy.
Automation and planning of physical and staff resources, task allocation and ease of administration and workflow management, reporting and systematic organisation within a relatively complex operation involving meetings, conferences, food and drink.
How easy it is for our employees to report their time on different projects
User-friendly, educational, fast navigation, breadth of functionality with everything from sales, invoicing, time reporting, project work. Good variety of reports.

I’d like to see integration with Tripletex, which is our accounting system.
The difficulties of being a group that has required custom-built solutions
The expense functions are not very well developed e.g. how to enter receipts. I miss more variables or KPI functions in some reports. The appearance of the reports could have been varied with different colours, etc. Error messages can be difficult to understand and can take time to resolve.
