Pros
Easy to navigate, plenty of options
Mindkey provides us with a single, centralised platform for the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding. The system is intuitive for both HR and managers, and we have encouraged managers to take ownership of processes that were previously the sole responsibility of HR. Our partnership with Mindkey is also a major strength: we have a dedicated contact who understands our business, and we receive prompt and expert support.
That it is a tool that is constantly evolving based on the outside world and customer needs. That it is possible to automate several steps to reduce time and streamline the process.
A platform where everything is gathered where everyone involved can see and work in.

Cons
Not everything is intuitive
There are so many features in the system that it takes a little time to get the most out of it. We’ve gradually expanded our use of it since implementation, and each time we’ve found new ways to save time. It’s a good problem to have, but you do need to set aside time to explore the platform.
Sometimes I find the system somewhat rigid, it would be good to have more self-instructional elements for the user. But perhaps this is linked to the fact that there are solutions developed to suit all different customers' wishes.
As we don't have many recruitments per year, I feel that the system is a bit too complex for us.
