What do you like most?

That it is a tool that is constantly evolving based on the outside world and customer needs. That it is possible to automate several steps to reduce time and streamline the process.

What do you like least?

Sometimes I find the system somewhat rigid, it would be good to have more self-instructional elements for the user. But perhaps this is linked to the fact that there are solutions developed to suit all different customers' wishes.

What business-critical problems do you feel Talent Hire solves?

That we can advertise vacancies to ensure that organisations have the skills they need. We can also directly select channels where the adverts can have extra visibility.

What do you like most?

A platform where everything is gathered where everyone involved can see and work in. The support from the account manager and support.

What do you like least?

As we don't have many recruitments per year, I feel that the system is a bit too complex for us.

Integration with competency framework. Good help from the account manager.

What do you like least?

Not fully integrated with Refapp, would like to be able to see the reference report during evaluation. Inflexible in ad creation, cannot write own headlines. Compulsory step, Location bank, select professional category.
