The flexibility of the system, I can configure many things myself. I've had a number of support tickets, which have always been handled really well by Oliver Trua.

What do you like most?
Lightning-fast processing time at Oliver Trua. Really nice.
What do you like least?
It's REALLY annoying that in my team and among recruitment colleagues around the municipality, pretty much every single day between about 12pm and about 3pm we experience TR freezing in the middle of a job. Usually we have to switch browsers back and forth to bring the TR back to life, but sometimes we have to restart our machines. It seems like there's some updating going on at TR at this point every day, as we don't experience the same 'crashes' on other of our heavy, web-based solutions. It would be nice if we could get an investigation at TR/TT to look into this issue.
