Great support from Sweet, flawless system with few interruptions
The system is very easy to work in and is incredibly helpful in keeping track of all cases. The new features that we will get when upgrading, will make the work more efficient. Automatic reminder emails etc.

Cons
Duplication of images and files in case management
Duplicate files in the case difficult to keep track of. With each mailing to the customer, files/images are duplicated.
It's hard to say. Our integration to BankID via Zignsec has been simple and worked smoothly. Once in a while BankID may have a glitch but Zignsec should then be quick with information.
