What do you like most?
Sweet Automation is perceived as a very flexible platform with great opportunities for customisation. In the projects we have worked on, it has always been possible to find a solution, even when the needs have been quite specific. The platform feels stable and is limited more by your own imagination than by the functions.
What do you like least?
What we sometimes lack is more in-depth documentation and a clearer knowledge base. We do not have in-house developer expertise in the organisation and are therefore dependent on being able to read our way to solutions. There are basic descriptions of the functions, but more practical examples and guides would have been valuable.
What business-critical problems do you feel Sweet Systems solves?
For us, it's mainly about reducing manual handling in our processes and creating completely digital flows. We have been able to move from paper forms and manual steps to automated processes with significantly less manual effort, saving both time and reducing the risk of errors.
