There isn’t much to criticise. A few minor features are missing, such as the ability to filter for empty values in the CRM, for example.

What do you like most?
The system is very easy to work in and is incredibly helpful in keeping track of all cases. The new features that we will get when upgrading, will make the work more efficient. Automatic reminder emails etc.
What do you like least?
Duplicate files in the case difficult to keep track of. With each mailing to the customer, files/images are duplicated.
What business-critical problems do you feel Sweet Systems solves?
We are able to collect all customer damage, thefts and traffic damage from our customers and depots in a quick and clear way. These can be easily followed up and customers are informed immediately about damage etc. No case is missed.
