The highly responsive support team, dedicated points of contact, the intuitive user interface, the ability to create your own automations, and the team’s openness and flexibility when it comes to customer requests

Cons

There isn’t much to criticise. A few minor features are missing, such as the ability to filter for empty values in the CRM, for example.
Duplication of images and files in case management
The fact that the events aren’t mobile-friendly. A great many people check their emails on their phones, and when we send out event invitations by email, there’s a risk that people won’t be able to register easily.
Handling images in the newsletter builder is a bit fiddly and restrictive.
