Pros
I have over 14 years’ experience of process modelling in APOS/SoluDyne. The system is flexible, robust and well suited to modelling and maintaining complex processes. It provides a clear overview and helps to standardise work processes. In the APOS system, all processes can be linked directly via a URL.
The flexibility and scope, the possibilities of making flows and risk assessments
Seamless and intuitive system that covers all our needs in both HSE and HR.
The best thing about PlusOffice is that they are user-centred. In practice, this means that they work purposefully to develop the product that customers need in their everyday lives. You'll notice this through the fact that the functionalisers are actually fit for purpose and that they are constantly releasing new functions that are useful to you in your everyday life.

Cons
Some features may seem complex to new users who are starting to model, and it may take time to build up the necessary skills to make full use of the system. It requires a bit of interest and determination.
The layout may seem a bit outdated and it will require some time to learn the system
Nothing that stands out as less good
There are always some downsides to having a standard system, for example, you get access to a staff handbook that is standardised and always updated. At first glance, this may seem like a square peg, but if you dig a little deeper, you'll find that you can easily add personalised pages while retaining the strength of the standard pages always being updated according to legislation.
