It was so quick and easy to get started with Smartplan. It sounds like a cliché, but I was at my wits’ end with the shop rota. It felt as though all my ‘problems’ vanished when I no longer had to deal with the rota every week. I’ve created a rolling 4-week rota. Brilliant 🤗

Simple and easy for all users.

At Vangen, there are eight of us with different roles, and we needed a time-tracking solution that was easy to get started with and that everyone would actually use. TwoWork has fully lived up to our expectations. The app is simple and intuitive, so staff can record their time quickly and without any problems. At the same time, we as management have gained a much better overview of working hours, absences and hours worked, which has made the administrative side of things significantly easier. A major strength is the close dialogue with the developers. They listen to their customers, and several of the suggestions and requests we’ve made have been turned into new features. This gives the impression of a system that’s constantly evolving and improving. For us, a good IT system is one that saves time rather than taking it up. That’s exactly what TwoWork does. We can wholeheartedly recommend TwoWork to other businesses looking for a user-friendly and reliable time-tracking solution. It has made day-to-day operations at Vangen both easier and more manageable.
