Pros
PlusOffice support is incredibly fast with answers and solutions to problems. The system is updated and improvements are made continuously.
"What I like best is how user-friendly the system is, which was one of - if not the most important - criteria for us when choosing an HR and HSE system.
No matter who you talk to, you get good help, and you really feel seen as a customer. Every case or question is taken very seriously, and the experience is that they do everything they can to fix and help as quickly as possible. In addition, I feel that you're taken seriously and listened to if you have change requests or suggestions for improvement.
Good control. Easy to follow up and see what needs to be done.

Slightly old-fashioned layout, e.g. the employee handbook could have been designed in a more modern version.
"Petty nitpicking" on our part, which means that not all categories get full marks.
Ease of use for employees is 10/10.
But I would like to see usability for administrators improved - in relation to various drop-down lists, access management via a hierarchy solution and not just user groups as is currently possible, etc.
Again, this is nitpicking, and I know that I'm heard when I express my wishes, so it's not impossible that this will be implemented in the future.
Can't think of anything.
Some functions are the same as others so it is easy to make mistakes.
