At Vangen, there are eight of us with different roles, and we needed a time-tracking solution that was easy to get started with and that everyone would actually use.
TwoWork has fully lived up to our expectations. The app is simple and intuitive, so staff can record their time quickly and without any problems. At the same time, we as management have gained a much better overview of working hours, absences and hours worked, which has made the administrative side of things significantly easier.
A major strength is the close dialogue with the developers. They listen to their customers, and several of the suggestions and requests we’ve made have been turned into new features. This gives the impression of a system that’s constantly evolving and improving.
For us, a good IT system is one that saves time rather than taking it up. That’s exactly what TwoWork does.
We can wholeheartedly recommend TwoWork to other businesses looking for a user-friendly and reliable time-tracking solution. It has made day-to-day operations at Vangen both easier and more manageable.
TwoWork is very easy to use. And Nikolaj and Joakim are easy to get hold of if I need any help.
That SD Worx is as interested in developing and finding solutions to problems as we are. We rarely get the answer that it can't be solved when we want to streamline something.

The fact that a monthly report on staff isn’t automatically sent to my email,
There is no integration with the payroll system.
That it takes a long time to learn how to build processes and become self-sufficient in the system, due to its complexity (but this is also what makes it such a flexible system).
Goes live 1/4 2023 so time will tell.
