Pros

How fast the team in DealJourney is to fix deficiencies or customise as needed, there is very good follow-up during the onboarding process.
We chose DealJourney because it's a new, flexible and very effective tool for working with customer follow-up. Listening, solution-orientated and forward-looking are words that are easy to use when describing Erik and the team at DealJourney. We look forward to growing together with DealJourney.
Revny gave us structure on subscriptions from day one. We see MRR, ARR, expansion and churn in real time without having to build our own dashboards. The connection to CRM means that new contracts flow in automatically and avoid double registration. The support is fast and actually listens to input - several of our requests have ended up in the product.
Intuitive user interface, easy to schedule changes and automate invoicing. The ability to analyse and break into key figures.

Slightly lacking in marketing services compared to major players, desire and ability to have multiple pipelines.
Haven't found any of those yet.
Some more advanced report views require some learning the first time. Would like more ready-made templates for the most common SaaS metrics, but on the other hand what you build yourself will be exactly right.
