User-friendly, web-based, app, good overview, good search function, logical and a big plus that there is a lot of focus on development.
A scheduling system that provides great opportunities for customisation according to the company's needs. The possibilities are many to get the set that we as customers are in need of.
The overview of staffing vs. needs is great and employees have embraced the app for shift swaps and holiday requests. Automatic alerts for breaches of rest time and labour agreement rules provide peace of mind.

Difficult to set up flexible frameworks for civil servants
It would be good if the system was slightly more user-friendly and less complex for users who do not work much in the system.
The administration part (desktop) is somewhat more complex compared to the app and it takes a little longer for new planners to learn the system. But once learnt, it's really efficient.
