Pros
What I particularly appreciate about Eazy Project is the structured time tracking and the ability to follow how different employees contribute to each sub-project. This makes it easier to report the status to management and ensure that we stay within the planned framework. The project overview and Gantt view provide a good visual overview, which works really well in an academic organisation with many parallel activities.
I use EazyProject in my small consultancy business, where I do a lot of freelance work for various clients. For me, EazyProject has been especially helpful in keeping track of hours, tasks and invoicing, so I don't lose track when I switch between projects. What I particularly like about EazyProject is how easy it is to record time and upload expenses directly in the app. It's also easy to create invoices for different customers.
When enough users express a need, it is implemented in the system – in other words, Quinyx is driven by its users!
It is a logical programme that collects an incredible amount of data, which can be used to generate reports and follow-ups.
It is certainly possible to configure many custom settings that are unique not only to each employee but also to each contract template and, ultimately, to specific parts of the entire organisation. Trade union agreement rules are automatically reflected in the scheduling, and you can also control whether you want this to trigger a warning or create a block so that the rule cannot be breached. Furthermore, different trade union agreements can be applied in different units.
Quinyx is a WFM system that can be tailored to your specific business and collective agreement. It is a flexible system where you decide for yourself how detailed or general you want the timetable to be. It is user-friendly and does not require any prior specialist knowledge.

Cons
However, there are a few things I think could be improved. The reporting is usable but could be more flexible, especially when working on research projects that often require detailed documentation. The mobile version works, but isn't quite as smooth as the desktop version, which can be a challenge when attending meetings around campus.
Some features in EazyProject require too many clicks.
As there are so many layers and settings, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate. When you make changes (e.g. to a contract template), it is not possible to set a start date for these; instead, the changes apply retroactively, which means you have to create new contract templates if, for example, you change the calculation period.
Sometimes, faults that only affect individual customers can be resolved more quickly.
