The Yesbox cards open up the conversation and lead to an important, rewarding and meaningful discussion.
I like the flexibility of the system, which allows you to easily adapt it to suit your business. It’s a great tool for managing staff development.

I can’t see any obvious drawbacks to Yesbox.
It hasn’t always been a very intuitive system, but it has improved considerably.
When it is this big, it also takes time. You really need to think carefully before making changes. It's not cheap either...
