What do you like most?
Yesbox combines a strong and well-structured tool for employee surveys with a clear methodology that creates confidence in the results. At least as important for us is the personal treatment - they are always easy to reach, quick in feedback and genuinely service-minded. A safe and professional collaboration that we value highly.
What do you like least?
At present, I have nothing concrete that I perceive as negative in the co-operation.
What business-critical problems do you feel Yesbox solves?
It is crucial for us to be able to measure and develop our employees' commitment, satisfaction, etc. and the extent to which they are good ambassadors. We analyse this and more in the annual survey, supplemented by more situation-based pulse measurements.

Frequently asked questions about Yesbox
Overview
Yesbox is a cloud-based People & Performance platform for organizations that want structured leadership, employee development and continuous follow-up. It combines employee surveys, pulse measurements, performance reviews, onboarding, goal tracking and HR documentation in one system. Unlike HRIS or payroll platforms, Yesbox focuses on the operational side of leadership and employee engagement. It competes with platforms such as Culture Amp, CatalystOne and Winningtemp, with stronger emphasis on manager support, dialogue and practical follow-up.
Yesbox helps companies turn leadership intentions into consistent action. Managers get simple structures for meaningful 1:1s, performance reviews, onboarding and pulse follow-ups. Pulse surveys reveal trends teams can act on, onboarding checklists help new hires and built-in templates support better conversations and accountability. Managers, employees and HR all work from the same platform with shared visibility. The real value is not just collecting feedback. it is creating a repeatable rhythm for leadership, dialogue, follow-up and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Function & Usage
Yesbox runs primarily in the browser on desktop and mobile. Employees and managers sign in securely through personal accounts and access surveys, dialogues, onboarding tasks, goals and reports from a shared dashboard. HR administrators upload employee and organisation data manually or through imports and integrations. Surveys and reminders are distributed automatically via email or SMS, while managers work directly in built-in templates for follow-ups, conversations and action tracking.
Yesbox turns employee data into outcomes you can act on: Pulse and engagement reports with STARS, eNPS and trend analysis, published with role-based access for leadership, managers and teams Exit insights combining structured surveys with documented conversations — patterns surface over time, not just per individual Goal tracking dashboards linking OKRs to engagement signals — see how culture and performance move together Signed dialogue documents from appraisals, competence reviews and 1-on-1s — with follow-up initiatives flowing straight into your roadmap
Yesbox is built for CEOs, HR and teams in companies with 50–300 employees, where every voice still counts and culture is shaped on time. You'll find Yesbox driving engagement and performance across: Professional services — consultancies, and law firms competing on talent Tech and SaaS scale-ups — growing fast, needing rhythm between hiring, retention and delivery Manufacturing and industrial SMEs — modernising leadership while keeping operational focus Managers use it weekly. Leadership uses it quarterly. HR owns the rhythm.
Pricing
Yesbox uses a modular subscription pricing model based on company size and selected features. Pricing starts at approximately SEK 15,000 per year for the first module in companies with up to 30 employees. For organizations with 30–100 employees, pricing is typically around SEK 500 per employee/year for the first module, with lower per-user pricing at higher employee volumes. Additional modules are discounted, often at half the price of the previous module. Enterprise pricing decreases significantly at larger scale.
No, Yesbox does not offer a permanent free plan. A limited trial version is available for smaller teams for approximately one month, allowing organizations to test core features such as surveys, dialogues and follow-up workflows before moving to a paid subscription.
Evaluation
Yesbox fits best for small and mid-sized organizations that want structured leadership, employee follow-up and engagement without building a large HR administration layer. Its biggest strength is combining surveys, dialogues and practical follow-up in one easy-to-use platform supported by personal guidance. It is especially strong for companies that want managers to actively work with results, not just collect data. Yesbox is less suitable for organizations primarily looking for a payroll-first HRIS or highly complex global enterprise workforce management system
Yesbox is easy to use; designed to be easy for managers and employees to start using without extensive training. Most organizations are fully onboarded within a few days, while managers typically learn the core workflows in 1–2 hours. Surveys, dashboards and 1:1 templates are intentionally simple and browser-based. The steepest learning curve is usually around building structured follow-up routines and using the broader People & Performance features together, especially goal tracking, dialogue processes and building the best process internally.
Yesbox applies structured information security processes inspired by ISO 27001 principles and GDPR requirements. Data is hosted within the EU on AWS infrastructure with encrypted data transfer and storage. Access is role-based with administrator-controlled permissions and auditability. The platform supports secure login management and restricted access to employee data by organizational hierarchy. Yesbox also maintains documented incident handling, backup routines, and internal quality/security procedures aligned with ISO-inspired management practices.
Company & Trust
