Pros

Very quick and thorough feedback on any questions I had. I felt that I was taken seriously and that "everything" could be asked.
Very good customer service. Always responds quickly, sometimes even at the weekend.
Flexibility. You can do anything, so we customise the system to suit our processes
Oracle has, in my opinion, a very good platform where you as a customer can integrate freely to get a comprehensive IT structure.

Cons

I haven't experienced any challenges yet, and I give feedback along the way if I run into problems. I haven't started selling the course yet, so I hope it goes as smoothly as creating it๐Ÿ™‚.
The system behind it could do with a facelift, but is functional. The tests are also very cumbersome with these lists.
When it is this big, it also takes time. You really need to think carefully before making changes. It's not cheap either...
Complex instructions from time to time
