Cons
The IT security level, but mainly because we are sitting on an older Lime solution that we are moving away from.
That I feel that some things that should be automatic/integrated require manual intervention from Lime staff and thus cost.
There are many possibilities, so it can sometimes be difficult for inexperienced users to understand the possibilities.
