Pros

That there seem to be so many possibilities to mould lime in the way you want it
Simple and clear. Logical flows.
I like the fact that i never miss any customers anymore. Ususally i lost many potential customers on a daily basis - but now everyone get the help and support when they need. Another great thing is that the teeam behind Verbu is very service minded, and make sure that everything runs smoothely. My customers sometimes get confused whether its a real human or AI they talk to.

Cons

The IT security level, but mainly because we are sitting on an older Lime solution that we are moving away from.
That I feel that some things that should be automatic/integrated require manual intervention from Lime staff and thus cost.
I would prefer hiring a real human to take my phone 24/7 - but thats not an option. So this is the better alternative.
