What I appreciate most about Learnster is that it is a flexible and user-friendly tool for training purposes. It makes it easy to gather all learners in one place, get a clear overview of their progress, and upload content and create materials efficiently.
Many different functions. Easy to build a course and get an overview of courses and participants.
It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very organised. Because it is very user-friendly it is easy to create engagement with your team.
The clear overview, the fact that I can ask for feedback from my employees, that I can add all 1 on 1 notes into Hibob. It's just a very clear user friendly system that allowes you to keep all safe things into one place.

Hard to answer, I like everything about Learnster.
Lack of ability to change some headings. Some bugs are encountered.
I must say that I have been using this platform at my previous job for 3 years, where I was working as an employee and I really liked it. Currently, I'm using it from the other side as a manager and it's just very user friendly, I love it.
There are still some features that could be more user-friendly, such as the reporting section, where it can take some time to find the right filters and data. Some integrations also require technical setup, which is not always intuitive. Support is helpful, but response times could be faster at times.
