What do you like most?

Easy to create courses and user-friendly.

What do you like least?

The system is evolving faster than changes take place within companies, which means we are not making full use of it. The challenge arises when the price also rises in line with the addition of new features. So we end up paying for more than we actually use.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learnster solves?

Digital training courses.

What do you like most?

I have used learnster as part of a project, mainly in connection with specific process automation requirement. It was useful to have a platform that supports knowledge sharing and makes relevant project information acessible.

What do you like least?

My experience with Learnster has been limited to a particular project use case, so I haven't explored all its features. I don't have enough exposure to comment on any specific limitations at this point.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learnster solves?

As per my understanding, Learnster helps organizations address challenges related to employee training, knowledge sharing and access to relevant information. It provides a platform for organizing learning materials and making knowledge more accessible to employees, which can support smoother onboarding and process understanding. I have had limited experience with Learnster as part of a project involving process automation. My exposure was mainly related to a specific project requirement, so I haven't explored the platform's full range of features.

What do you like most?

What I appreciate most about Learnster is the combination of simplicity and future potential. The platform is modern, intuitive and easy to use for both administrators and users. I also see great potential in our partnership and the opportunities we have to work together to further develop the way we approach learning and skills development.

What do you like least?

What I like least is that some of the suggestions for improvement that we put forward sometimes take a very long time to implement, even though they seem relatively straightforward to carry out and would bring significant value to users. One example is that in Advanced Rules, we cannot see the full department name, which makes it difficult to know which department you’re actually selecting. To me, this feels like a classic case of ‘low-hanging fruit’, where a minor adjustment could significantly improve the user experience. I therefore sometimes feel that there is a lot of discussion about improvements, but that it takes too long for the changes to actually be implemented.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learnster solves?

Learnster helps us approach skills development and learning in a whole new way. The platform enables us to deliver the right knowledge to the right target group, monitor progress and create a more structured and accessible learning experience for the entire organisation. This enhances both our employees’ development and our ability to ensure key skills are maintained over time.
