What do you like most?

The simplicity of the system is a major strength. It is easy to navigate and the user experience (UX) is well thought-out and intuitive, enabling both administrators and users to find what they are looking for quickly.

What do you like least?

The biggest challenge is the complexity of how programmes are structured compared to individual courses. Assignments, tagging and certain settings are managed in different places, which makes it difficult to get a clear overview. This makes administration more time-consuming and increases the risk of overlooking a setting.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learnster solves?

The system ensures that staff and managers can easily access and complete compulsory training courses. It gives us better control over ensuring that the right skills reach the right target group, reduces the risk of non-compliance with legislation and internal policy documents, and simplifies monitoring and reporting.

What do you like most?

With Learnster’s AI course builder, we can encourage in-house talent and subject matter experts to share their knowledge. That knowledge is no longer locked away, but becomes a scalable asset for the whole company.

What do you like least?

I would have liked it if it were possible to have more control over the layout of the training content and to have more advanced search and filtering options when setting up automation rules.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learnster solves?

Our staff settle into their roles more quickly; knowledge is now a scalable internal asset; we are improving staff safety; and we are achieving greater customer satisfaction.

What do you like most?

I appreciate the simplicity of creating training courses in various formats for different purposes, being able to tailor the training into individual modules and, over time, build continuity into our customer training programmes. Learnster Studio is easy to understand and the AI support is powerful. I’ve also received good training in the tool and support during the start-up phase, which has saved time.

What do you like least?

At present, my requirements and expectations have been met, so I find it difficult to point to any specific weakness.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learnster solves?

To reach out to our customer base effectively and consistently with product updates, and to ensure the effective introduction of our brand and portfolio to new staff at our customers’ organisations.
