Pros

Yesbox was chosen because of the large ready-made question battery, but also because you can add your own questions or rephrase them to suit your own organisation. The professional support!
Good, simple tool with historical development
That the system is very user-friendly, easy to update and maintain. It also gathers all HR related information in one place where it is easy to find.
Contracts, appraisals, onboarding and everything in one place.

Cons

At present, I have nothing concrete that I perceive as negative in the co-operation.
A bit "outdated" interface.
"The system works well for our use, but could perhaps be more vibrant where you can have a dialogue with each other. We haven't been able to test all the functions yet, but we realise that we still need the intranet page we have on Facebook.
For those who have several manuals, they come one after another. I wish this was more clear with the fact that you choose which manual you want to print into.
