Pros

We chose DealJourney because we can see that their CRM is a very good fit for our business. In addition to what other CRM systems can offer, we get a good overview of the rental agreements we have with our customers, and a clearer distinction between one-off sales and recurring sales. This makes it easier to see what a customer is worth to us over time. And the fact that they are a Nordic company with staff who communicate in one of the Nordic languages and maintain close dialogue with us whenever we need it.
It’s easy to use and meets all our needs in terms of activities, pipeline management, subscription management, overviews and support cases. We save a lot of clicks compared to our old system (webCRM), and the DealJourney team is incredibly responsive and implements feedback and suggestions for improvement in no time at all.
Great features, the AI works brilliantly, and it’s simple and straightforward for streamlining processes with customers. Much simpler than HubSpot, for example. For someone like me who doesn’t need a huge range of features, this is spot on.
This is the easiest CRM I’ve ever used. I’ve tried HubSpot, Pipedrive and Upsales, but they all felt outdated and designed for large companies. I love that the interface is really sleek and easy to use; Dovio pretty much takes care of all the follow-up work (emails, tasks and notes), everything is in Swedish, and it automatically creates my contacts and companies. Their support is absolutely brilliant too, and they really do listen to feedback.

Cons

DealJourney is such a small company. But perhaps that’s why it’s so innovative.
I have no complaints about them.
It doesn’t really lack anything. Perhaps better mobile optimisation, but that’s in the pipeline.
Nothing really. Perhaps an MCP server, but new features are being added all the time and I know this is on the list.
