Pros

It does the job that we need solved. The fact that developers listen to customers and implement tools/changes that they need is something that we value very highly.
This CRM solution combines a good and simple user interface with scalability. This means that you can envisage using the solution as your needs change, and that people who only use the programme occasionally do not encounter complicated menus and functions.
Excellent product which has been at the core of our IT infrastructure since day 0. Has grown well with us as we have expanded operations. Customer service is great.
Appfarm is a very flexible no code solution that brings a luxurious combination of rapid development and great functionality. They have a low threshold for insight into the system's possibilities and limitations, regardless of the level of technical expertise of the customer. In addition, they are very responsive and work with a modern agile approach based on user stories from the business that optimise system support in a flexible way over time.

We have no complaints about the solution, which is perfect for our use.
I would like more AI functions & a FAQ, but it is more up to me to educate myself in this brilliant system.
On the pricey side of software subscriptions.
There may be some signs of growth as the company has grown a lot in recent years, which of course gives a strained organisation. I have been satisfied with all contacts, but people and business arrangements have changed a little too much during the two years we have been a customer, which in some cases may have caused unnecessary delays in an otherwise generally very fast pace of development.
