What do you like most?

It was easy to get started and I got good support from the supplier. I have drawn processes in Visio before and zimplicit is just as easy to understand. I am impressed that as soon as I have saved and published the process and instructions, they appear in the sidebar in the browser. Very good to be able to see how a change in a process affects those who work in it, I have missed that before.

What do you like least?

Right now there is only English to choose as a language, but I have been informed by the supplier that Swedish is coming soon. It works for me right now, but will want to have Swedish as a language in the system over time.

What business-critical problems do you feel Zimplicit solves?

We are preparing to certify ourselves according to ISO 9001 and I have been looking for a system that is not overly complex to use and that helps me get instructions and information to the employees without them having to look in a lot of large manuals. Here Zimplicit is great!

What do you like most?

We use Zimplicit to digitise our processes and easily share processes and instructions with our employees. Zimplicit makes it easy for us to live by our processes and our employees like that they no longer have to sit and read long manuals to find out how to do a certain task. A bonus has been that our onboarding of new employees has become much less resource intensive because they have instructions directly in their browser, via Zimplicit's Chrome extension. The supplier is also very accommodating and responsive to our wishes and is happy to develop the product according to our suggestions.

What do you like least?

In some places, it's a bit too many clicks to get to where I want. But this should, according to the support, be better in the next release when you can add your own favourites.

What business-critical problems do you feel Zimplicit solves?

That we now work more according to our processes and that we have a space now for the employees working in the processes to actually give feedback on the process that the process owner can capture and choose to act on or not.
