What do you like most?

The system's greatest strength is its broad functionality and flexibility in terms of learning materials and courses. It can support many different workflows and processes in the organisation, allowing us to consolidate multiple needs into one system. We experienced a good implementation where the supplier understood our needs. The support is always helpful and the various trainers we have had have been competent.

What do you like least?

Complexity of the system. The many functions and settings options mean that administration can be time-consuming. For new users, ongoing training and coaching is needed to ensure correct and efficient use.

What business-critical problems do you feel Plan2learn solves?

The system acts as a common Learning Portal for the entire organisation, which has given us a better overview of our learning materials and contributed to more uniform workflows. In addition, we use the system to manage and distribute courses both inside and outside the organisation. This feature has improved our overview and management of employees' and citizens' course and event attendance.
