Pros

What I like best about Eurekos is that the platform is intuitive, flexible and easy to use. It’s easy to organise and manage courses, and the solution can be tailored to our needs. We also find that there’s always a solution to the challenges we face. The platform is constantly being developed with new features that support our needs, and we’re often pleasantly surprised by just how much it can handle. When we need help, the support is excellent, and if a feature isn’t already available, it’s been possible to find or develop a solution. As a result, our experience of the platform has been extremely positive.
What I like most is the flexibility to build engaging training journeys. There are many ways to structure and create content, so it's not limited to static text. The platform offers a wide range of dynamic and interactive elements that make learning more engaging and enjoyable for users. One of the biggest benefits is the ability to create training that is fun, interactive, and easy to follow. This is also something we consistently hear from clients. They find the experience intuitive and appreciate that they can actively interact with the content rather than simply reading through information. This leads to a more engaging and effective onboarding and training experience.
Your ability to collaborate and be flexible to customer needs
The system's greatest strength is its broad functionality and flexibility in terms of learning materials and courses. It can support many different workflows and processes in the organisation, allowing us to consolidate multiple needs into one system. We experienced a good implementation where the supplier understood our needs. The support is always helpful and the various trainers we have had have been competent.

Cons

We haven’t encountered anything we particularly disliked. There have been a few language-related challenges, but all issues and support enquiries have been handled and resolved effectively. Whenever there has been a miscommunication, the team has been solution-oriented, asked good follow-up questions and contributed their experience. As a result, we have always achieved the outcome we wanted.
At the moment, there isn't anything I would consider a significant drawback. If I had to mention something, it's that the platform offers so many possibilities and modules that it can take some time to figure out which options best suit your specific needs. However, I wouldn't really see this as a disadvantage. It's more about exploring the different features, experimenting with the available modules, and finding the best approach for your use case. Once you become familiar with the possibilities, the flexibility becomes one of the platform's greatest strengths.
They can be a little time optimistic
Complexity of the system. The many functions and settings options mean that administration can be time-consuming. For new users, ongoing training and coaching is needed to ensure correct and efficient use.
