What do you like most?
PeopleXact is a user-friendly and flexible system that makes it easy to carry out large-scale surveys across the organisation. Among other things, we have used it for workplace assessments, where the system makes it simple to set up and maintain the organisational hierarchy – even if changes occur along the way. The results are presented in clear heatmaps, which provide a quick overview of where follow-up actions may be needed. The ability to benchmark against similar organisations and to send out follow-up surveys to selected teams is also a major strength. Furthermore, we have enjoyed a positive and professional working relationship with the supplier.
What do you like least?
The only real drawback is the price. PeopleXact is an investment, and the price is at the higher end of the scale. On the other hand, we find that the quality and functionality are up to scratch, so ultimately it comes down to balancing your needs against your budget.
What business-critical problems do you feel Peoplexact solves?
PeopleXact has made it significantly easier to plan, carry out and follow up on staff well-being surveys and workplace assessments within a large organisation. The system saves time on administration, provides a clear overview of the results and makes it easy to identify the areas where action is needed. At the same time, the option of follow-up surveys has made it easier to track developments within individual teams and evaluate the impact of the initiatives we launch.

Peoplexact offers a range of flexible solutions. For the individual units within the organisation, it is valuable to have reports that are easy to understand and to be able to gain a clear overview of developments.
What do you like least?
As we are a large organisation and carry out measurements more frequently, we spend a fair amount of time on data integration for our staff.

On the platform, you’ll have full access to all modules right from the start. You can get started on your first survey in less than an hour and access the results immediately once the survey is complete.
