The tool enables you to gain valuable insights that can then be translated into concrete, action-oriented strategies.
Peoplexact helps HR managers to shorten the path from data collection to concrete action. The platform enables users to carry out a wide range of surveys on topics such as well-being, employee satisfaction and the working environment.
Function & Usage
On the platform, you’ll have full access to all modules right from the start. You can get started on your first survey in less than an hour and access the results immediately once the survey is complete.
With Peoplexact, you can: - Conduct employee surveys, such as well-being surveys and pulse surveys - Analyse the results and receive AI-driven action plans based on them, so that you can act on the feedback you receive from your employees. - Access our knowledge base, featuring articles and questionnaires developed by HR experts - Provide management and the board with insights into how the organisation is performing and what measures are needed to make it even better

Evaluation
Peoplexact is an excellent choice for HR departments in organisations seeking to improve employee satisfaction through evidence-based surveys. The system’s dashboard and heat map enable managers to identify areas for focus and immediately take AI-based action, ensuring rapid and effective improvements. However, it is not the best solution for companies looking for a free option for very simple surveys, such as those available on Forms or SurveyMonkey.

You also have the option of receiving guidance from experts whilst conducting a survey, should you need it.
