The company does not have full integration with Gmail, which means that you cannot link your e-mail to the tool. They also lack a sensible calendar integration for Google Calendar, where you currently have to double-register all meeting invitations you receive, as you have to create all meetings yourself in the platform for a meeting to be linked to a specific customer.
