What do you like most?

Smooth and easy, support is fast and good.

What do you like least?

Sad that in the report tool, you do not have a simple "back button", but have to start over. It's also a bit sad that it's only anneli, who seems to know how it works with TransPA and Kontek

What business-critical problems do you feel Kontek Lön solves?

What do you like most?

It is a modern and user-friendly system that facilitates both the processes and the understanding of how everything is connected. It is a smart and well-developed system that stays at the forefront, developing new features and adapting to changes in legislation/collective agreements quickly. Fast support!

What do you like least?

It is an expensive system and if you want something extra, it is almost always an extra cost, either for a module or consultation. It would be good if you could have several windows open at the same time in the programme.

What business-critical problems do you feel Kontek Lön solves?

Kontek solves everything, sometimes at extra cost.

What do you like most?

I like that it is a smart and user-friendly system, which provides a lot of customer benefit for us. That there is the possibility to build integrations to other HR systems than those that Kontek can offer within the "group". That they have fast and extremely knowledgeable support!

What do you like least?

One disadvantage of Kontek Lön is that you cannot have two pages up at the same time in the system, which means that if you want to check one thing compared to something else in another place in the system, you have to take a screenshot and check against. Sometimes it also happens that the system bugs and then I think Kontek should be able to be faster in getting a notice about this on their website / when you log in to "My Pages".
