What do you like most?
To have all HR processes in the same system and that you can "build" your own tabs that are visible in the personnel register for different types of cases. It has been so much fun to be a super user while we implemented Employee to understand the system more and be able to train the managers later. O so incredibly talented people at Kontek who are always helpful and have solutions to most things.
What do you like least?
Possibility to take out reports with specific info, would be great if there were more choices.
What business-critical problems do you feel Kontek HRM Employee solves?
Knowing that we follow the on/off boarding process the company has as well as sick and rehab. Easy for managers and employees to know what the next step is and then be able to follow up. The salary review was great to have in the same system, we used it for the first time this year and it went so smoothly.

Simple, intuitive, good system.

A lot needs to be done per company; if you have many companies, it becomes very time-consuming. Similarly, reports and statistics also become more difficult with many companies.
