What do you like most?

Vi er især begejstrede for hvor brugervenlig platformen er, samt den høje grad af fleksibilitet den tilbyder. Det er tydeligt, at HR-ON er designet med brugeren i fokus, og supportteamet er både hurtigt og kompetent. Derudover giver deres Masterclass et rigtig godt indblik i de forskellige funktioner og muligheder i systemet, hvilket gør det nemmere at få det fulde udbytte af platformen.

What do you like least?

Vi har endnu ikke oplevet væsentlige udfordringer med HR-ON. Som med alle systemer er der småting, man kunne ønske sig justeret, men overordnet fungerer platformen rigtig godt og lever fuldt ud op til vores behov.

HR-ON har hjulpet os med at effektivisere hele vores rekrutteringsproces - fra jobopslag til onboarding. Vi har nu et samlet overblik, bedre datasikkerhed og en nem måde at samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger. Det sparer både tid og minimerer risikoen for fejl i vores ansættelser.

What do you like most?

Jeg kan godt lide at HR-ON er meget brugervenligt og intuitivt, og at der er så mange ting man selv kan lave, så systemet bliver tilpasset lige nøjagtig de funktioner og processer vi har brug for, uden at skulle betale for dyre udviklingstimer. Servicen når vi ringer til supporten er helt i top. Altid søde og hjælpsomme.

What do you like least?

Jeg er nogle gange lidt træt af, at når man skal lave et dokument ud fra en skabelon, så er det noget bøvl at rette i den. Derudover kunne jeg bedre lide designet på de første engagements - men det er selvfølgelig en smagssag

Hele processen omkring både rekruttering, ansættelse, ansættelsesophør etc. Ved at have oprettet processer sikrer vi, at der ikke er opgaver der falder imellem to stole, og der der mange ting vi ikke skal huske på, for det gør HR-ON for os.

Kunne godt reagere på kundehenvendelser lidt hurtigere og med løsninger i stedet for forklaringer. Nogle løsninger bærer præg af at være set fra en teknikers synspunkt og ikke en HR-specialist
