What do you like most?
We are particularly excited about how user-friendly the platform is and the high degree of flexibility it offers. It's clear that HR-ON is designed with the user in mind, and the support team is both fast and competent. In addition, their Masterclass provides a great insight into the different features and possibilities of the system, making it easier to get the most out of the platform.
What do you like least?
We have not yet experienced any significant challenges with HR-ON. As with all systems, there are small things that could be adjusted, but overall the platform works very well and fully meets our needs.
What business-critical problems do you feel HR-ON solves?
HR-ON has helped us streamline our entire recruitment process - from job posting to onboarding. We now have a complete overview, better data security and an easy way to collaborate across departments. This saves time and minimises the risk of errors in our hiring.

What do you like most?
I like that HR-ON is very user-friendly and intuitive, and that there are so many things you can do yourself to customise the system to exactly the functions and processes we need without having to pay for expensive development hours. The service when we call support is top notch. Always nice and helpful.
What do you like least?
I'm sometimes a little tired of the fact that when you have to create a document from a template, it's a hassle to edit it. I also liked the design of the first engagements better - but of course it's a matter of taste
What business-critical problems do you feel HR-ON solves?
The entire process of recruitment, hiring, termination, etc. By having created processes, we ensure that there are no tasks that fall between two chairs, and there are many things we don't have to remember, because HR-ON does that for us.
